Are there utilities?
All utilities are paid including cable.
Is there parking available?
Yes! We have plenty of free parking in front of the condos.
Is there cable TV and internet?
Every condo does come equipped with cable TV and wireless internet.
Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately pets are not allowed.
How do I book a monthly rent?

What is the cancellation policy?
A deposit is required and if you are approved but change your mind before lease date the deposit will be refunded.
Do you allow children under 18?
No children under the age of 18 are allowed at Kemah Escape condos 1-8. Children are welcome in Condos 9 and 10.
